Your privacy is important to Travel Southern Oregon Coast and we will treat any of your information with care. Our Privacy Statement lets you know how we handle both personally identifiable information you share with us through our digital and printed communication vehicles and non-personally identifiable information that we may automatically collect.

Guide requests in the United States and Canada that include a specification for additional information are made available to approved Travel Southern Oregon Coast partners as a way to fulfill the request. This information is stored in a secure database that is accessible only by the approved Travel Southern Oregon Coast staff and our database partner. Requesting the additional information is not required when requesting printed or digital travel materials from Travel Southern Oregon Coast.
Travel Southern Oregon Coast may use the information you voluntarily offer to inform you directly about information, products or services that may be of interest to you, improve content on our web site or electronic newsletter, or to assist with marketing research. We may disclose your personal information as required by law, in conjunction with a public records request, government inquiry, or in litigation or dispute resolution.

For example, when you request a printed travel guide from us, we will keep the information related to your order so we can fulfill the specific request you have made. After that, we will keep the information for a period which enables us to handle or respond to any questions or concerns related to the order. The information may also be retained so that we can continue to improve your experience with us.
We will actively review the information we hold and delete it securely, or in some cases, anonymize it, when there is no longer a legal, business or customer need for it to be retained. If you stop interacting with us, we will remove or anonymize your information after 7 years.
Access and Portability of Data:
You have the right to review your information at any time. If you would like to review your information within our contacts database, please contact [email protected]. If a user requests access to this data, Travel Southern Oregon Coast will provide the user with a copy of the data in either .csv or .xls format within 30 days.
Modification of Personal Data:
